1 Peter 2:18-25 Part 1

The Main Point of the Text is that Peter is encouraging Christians who are household servants to endure unjust treatment by those who are over them, calling them to look to Christ as their example who endured unjust suffering in order to accomplish the will of God (cf. Luke 6:22-23; Rom. 5:3-5; 8:17; Phil. 1:29-30; 1 Thess. 3:1-4; 2 Tim. 3:10-12; James 1:2-4; 1 Pet. 3:14; 4:12-16, 19).
